Many of these e-tailers are just individuals setting up a business from home, and some are not even limited companies. At Fitness Superstore all of our Fitness & Gym Equipment (such as Treadmills, Cross Trainers) are sold with an on-site warranty. This basically means if your equipment develops a fault we will send an engineer to your home to fix it, without fuss. For less expensive strength equipment (such as Weights Benches, free weights and accessory items) we operate a "back to base" warranty. This is where we will collect the faulty product, repair, or replace it, and return it to you. In this situation Fitness Superstore will cover all carriage costs for products covered under our "back to base" warranty.

At our retail branches in Northampton, Central London, Surrey, Kent, Manchester, Chester & Gloucester. Our staff see, feel and touch the products on a daily basis they know what each products capabilities are and the physical size and appearance, this enables us to provide accurate up to date information to you.

Most of our staff actively train on the same fitness products and have a unique working knowledge of the features and benefits of our gym equipment. Our Retail branches display, stock, and have access to all major brands of fitness equipment, from Reebok Fitness, Life Fitness, Horizon Fitness, Tunturi Fitness etc.

Our customer-first ethos is rarely given by "Internet only" companies, whom, in many cases, operate from home, small offices or industrial units with little or no physical contact with the products or indeed customers. Staff of internet fitness companies will seldom be aware of the true differences between the wide choice of gym equipment models and brands, and have probably never seen, let alone tried out the products.
