All of our CV gym equipment (e.g treadmills, cross trainers) are sold with an on-site warranty. This basically means if your exercise equipment develops a fault we will send an engineer to your home to fix it, without fuss. For less expensive strength equipment (e.g. weights benches, free weights and accessory items) we operate a "back to base" warranty. This is where we will collect faulty product, repair, or replace it, and return it to you. In this situation Fitness Superstore will cover all carriage costs for products covered under our "back to base" warranty.
