Its extremely clear and precise electronic display measures and displays time, strokes per minute, total strokes, calories burnt and pulse, enabling you to simply sit back and focus on hitting your new personal best. The central throw rowing action allows an extremely direct throw, while the constant inclination of the central structure provides an added component to any aerobic and anaerobic workout. Equipped with a tension knob, the I.Aquo can also regulate 8 accurate workload points (manual), while also selecting the workout intensity. This cardio machine is quick and simple to fold saving the problem of limited space, while its transportation wheels allow easy and convenient repositioning within the home environment.
