This Elliptical features a generous 46 cm / 18” stride and 16 kg / 35 lbs inertial system, alongside XXL anti-slip foot pedals that are positioned 20 cm / 8” are apart allowing a more natural motion – given that the hips remain completely parallel during exercise. Alongside that, its maintenance free Magnetic Brake System allows you to work out with quiet and smooth pedalling through an extensive range of tensions. There are 5 custom courses (uPrg) which allow users to design their own program, a random program which tells the monitor to create and show a randomly created program, and four heart rate control programs which automatically control the workout intensity to maintain effort at chosen pulse limits, while allowing cardiovascular zones to be targeted. With the Contact Pulse Measurement System the i.Brazil provides targets for advanced training, while the Recovery Test (RT) and Fitness Test helps to control the fitness condition through controlled recovery – and to upgrade your training further you can also complete the 24 MIN BY BH training, which is a high interval training program that includes 12 minutes of cardio exercise and another 12 minutes of toning exercises. Experience wireless heart rate control with a heart rate monitor (included) by radio frequency to 5 kHz, allowing high intensity workouts with a comfortable heart rate control displayed on the monitor or on your mobile device. Heart rate control can also be measured and displayed via your smartphone or tablet through the Bluetooth Heart Rate Monitor (not included).
