PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Designed for intensive use, the I.RC09 Dual I-Concept Treadmill from BH Fitness is the perfect piece of equipment for your cardio training.
The I.RC09 offers an environmentally friendly Green Power Tech 4.0 HP (peak) Motor and a quiet yet powerful speed of 1-22 km/h, while its electric incline of up to 12% allows significant variation in intensity of the exercise at any speed, and helps to put your leg and back muscles under load for a thorough workout.
With a unique Eco-Mode function, this activates a change in the treadmill’s control software and as a result real power consumption drops by an average of 25%, while its integrated cooling fan helps aid your overall performance.
The I.RC09 is designed with a Double Absorption System, allowing you to pound the Orthopaedic Belt with ease whilst it increases comfort by decreasing the impact on the sole, and thus in other joints. Firstly you have Smart Konik which is the main damping system that is exclusive for RC models and provides shock absorption in 2 stages, reducing the risk of injuries to the joints. Secondly you have the Flex System, which is an additional damping system that reduces the bounce effect of the running surface. Combining both systems provides maximum comfort and stability.
The I.RC09’s build features an extra wide body providing an extra sense of safety, space and comfort, while its DOT MATRIX monitor Motivational monitor is equipped with graphics to encourage to give your best and offers 6 LED windows with 15 pre-set profiles to help you meet your goals. When it comes to multimedia, simply plug your music player in to the AUX port located on the control panel of the machine and the music will play on the two speakers on the sides of the screen.
You’re in full control of the speed and incline intensity with the incline and speed instant keys. Also, the location of the Quick Control Box is close to your body, which ultimately improves safety during your workout and allows you to control speed and incline at any time. With this feature, comfort and safety is assured even in the most demanding workouts.
With 3 Custom courses (uPrg) this allows users to design their own program, while its Body Fat test enables further analysis into your progression. Alongside that there is a Heart Rate Control Program which allows cardiovascular zones to be targeted during the workout and automatically controls workout intensity to maintain effort at chosen pulse limits. This is monitored via the wireless Heart Rate Monitor (included) by radio frequency to 5 kHz.
Featuring a Soft Drop System (SDS), back injuries are prevented, whilst its compact vertical folding system makes this Treadmill perfect for areas with limited space.
As if that wasn’t enough, heart rate control can be measured and displayed via your smartphone or tablet through the Bluetooth Heart Rate Monitor (not included). Simply use your smartphone or tablet to check your heart rate thanks to the safe and comfortable location of it over the monitor of the machine (*Heart rate will not be shown in the monitor of the machine; **Only compatible with Smartphones and Tablets equipped with Bluetooth 4.0. – check compatibility with your model via details below).
Offering fully personalised and 100% motivational training, you have access to specific training Apps for fitness machines such as BH by Kinomap, Run on Earth, FitConsole or Tread Monitor. With this, you can also surf the internet while training.
1 month free subscription to BH by Kinomap is also included, allowing you to train through more than 40,000 Km of geolocated videos recorded and uploaded by the App users.

Apps are optimized for the following Android devices: S4 y Galaxy Note 2 from Samsung and Nexus 7 from Google 1st and 2nd generation. Other Android devices with 4.3" screen size or larger can work, but it is not guaranteed an optimized performance.
