The set includes the versatile solid steel Body Power Boxing Stand. This allows you to switch between punch bag (up to 20kg) and speedball for flexible training and allows you to adjust the speedball between 190 and 215cm in distance from the wooden board. 6 x 10kg cast weight plates recommended for added stability (not included). Made to pack a punch, the 3ft punch bag I made from robust carbonium-style PU while the foam lining and soft textiles filling absorb shock and provide an excellent rebound for all the kicks and punches you want to throw at it. Heavy duty D-rings and chain set included. Can be used outside but is to be stored inside to prevent damage.
