Made with the finest quality materials including extra-heavy D rings and steel chain, the harness is highly durable. Designed with comfort in mind, the harness is completely padded with high density neoprene to absorb shock and prevent cuts, chafing and abrasion. The harness should be used with free weights or you can hook them to a high or low pulley on a machine. (Weight plates not included.)
