With the SelectTech 1090 there is no need to change numerous of dumbells, just turn the dials on each end of the dumbbell to select your desired weight. Equivalent to 17 pairs of dumbbells, you can also dial-in different amounts of weight on each end to allow for rotator cuff exercises and overhead rows, giving even more weight options.
