It features the FlexDeck® shock absorption system which reduces impact to your muscles and joints by nearly 30% compared to non-cushioned treadmills. This interactive model helps you stay in your target heart rate zone during many different workout programs by using the Lifepulse™ digital contact hand sensors or the Polar® heart rate monitoring system (telemetry chest strap included).
LifeFitness X9i Elliptical Trainer. The X9i Elliptical Cross Trainer provides a time efficient and comfortable total body workout. The natural, rhythmic motion is extremely smooth and fluid providing a low impact workout that minimises jarring to the joints. The distance between the pedals is bio-mechanically correct reducing lateral shifting of the hips, lessening lower back stress. Both forward and reverse motion is possible on the X9i Elliptical resulting in greater demands on different muscle groups. The leading-edge technology offer 20 level of resistance and seven workouts including Heart Rate Training and Fat Burn programs. As with all life fitness equipment the quality is superb!
