• Unique, patent pending design in which the entire exercise apparatus quickly and easily folds up into a package with latching doors. Elevated latches make the unit harder for children to get into when closed up.
• Please note the F5 Gym does NOT require fixing to a the wall for stability as it weighs 370kgs, unlike cheaper "door closing" gyms on the market.
• Commercial grade steel shrouds provide a sleek aesthetic appearance as well as minimize exposure to moving parts. Patent pending FAST-Attach quick coupling system allows for quick and easy changeover of desired handles and attachments.
• Numbered adjustment holes allow for easy pulley alignment (#1 - #17). Swivel pulleys each move through 120° range of motion to accommodate natural body movements. Swivel pulley plates are reinforced and provide a constant 90° angle between the cable and the FAST Attach cable end eliminating the crimping that usually occurs at the cable end and can accelerate cable wear.
  
• Easy pull pin locking mechanism locks bench in both horizontal position as well as when it is folded up in the storage position. Three position seat pad adjusts to a decline angle for incline press positions, flat for flat press position and an incline position which helps user prevent arching of the back when performing prone leg curl. Five angle adjustments: 0° flat, 30°incline, 45° incline, 60° incline and 75°shoulder press positions.
• 200lbs of blended cast / steel weight plates are precision cast and machined for precise balance in ten (10) pound increments. Weight plate bushings with flange to produce sound dampening barrier between plates are made from a material designed to withstand years of pounding without deformation. Torque Fork™ weight selector pin is flat to prevent pivoting as well as magnetized to adhere to the selected plate when in use. Solid steel guide rods for smooth true tracking of the weight stack.

• 17 position vertical cable columns accommodate a multitude of pulley positions for optimal exercise variety. Two width positions on columns (47 inches / 119 cm and 57 inches / 145 cm) is a Torque Fitness exclusive feature that more appropriately fits individual exercise paths of motion as well as different user sizes.
• Dual adjustable swivel pulleys are 2:1 resistance ratio when used individually providing half of the selected resistance as well as doubling the cable travel allowing for finer resistance increments as well as greater user range of motion.
• Folding and locking the bench in the upright (storage) position provides open exercise platform allowing for exercise ball* and standing exercises.
• Open platform also allows for standing, self supported exercise movements optimizing multiple muscle group movements including functional, sports specific and core development training.
