Vectra Fitness home gym systems offer the best and quickest route to your resistance training results with a 1:1 lift ratio, mimicking the free weight lifting ratio. This ensures consistent resistance throughout the whole range of motion.

The Vectra VFT-100 provides 160lbs worth of weight plates to allow a maximum lift of 160lbs. With some functional trainers, you must buy 300lbs worth of weight plates to accomplish a 150lb maximum lift.

Vectra gyms are built to last. The constructional grade of the VFT-100 is rated for light commercial settings, built to standards that easily exceed any retail or residential setting.

Weight stack: 1 x 160lb powder coated, machined cast iron stack with alloy selector shaft for low minimum weight, and premium selector pin

Weight stack / cable travel: 50.5" of stack travel yielding 101" of cable at swivelling pulleys

Pulleys: 4.5" fibreglass reinforced nylon with ball bearing hub

Central high pulleys: dual pulleys, located as close together as possible, swivel more than 90°, adjusting from 6'6" to 6'11", with 1:1 resistance when two are used (50% each side)

Wide pulleys: dual pulleys, swivel more than 540°, adjusting from 4" to 6' through 23 positions, with 1:1 resistance when two are used (50% each side)

Central low pulley: floor level location, with 1:1 resistance when two are used (50% each side), designed for easy bench connection

Frame: heavy duty welded steel construction with quality powder coat finish for durability

Cushions: seamless, more durable than moulded or sewn

Leg developer: ball bearing pivot, locking 2-position seat for supported leg extensions and curls, and contoured width-adjustable leg rollers

Bench: 7-position seat back, 4 position seat bottom, rated for users weighing up to 350lbs / 159kg

Cable: internally lubricated, nylon-coated 7 x 19 strand construction, aircraft quality, 2000lb tensile strength, with stainless steel fittings
