The Iso-Flex™ Independent Press Arm System with 3D Motion™ allows you to replicate a freeweight dumbbell workout. You can do chest press, incline press, decline press, shoulder press, triceps press and all pec fly exercises exactly as you would with dumbbells.
Unique features make this gym a standout in the industry. The dual Lat Pulldown Station ensures maximum range of motion through unilateral or bilateral movement. The arched lying Leg Curl Station provides proper lower back support during the lying Leg Curl exercise. The contoured shin pads on the Leg Developer provide lateral support and ultimate comfort under the heaviest loads. The chest supported Mid-Row Station assures maximum pre-stretch and full range of motion for all size users.

WORKOUT STATIONS

Iso-Flex™ Independent Press Arm System with 3D Motion™ - Allows you to replicate a freeweight dumbbell workout. You can perform chest press, incline press, decline press, shoulder press, triceps press and all pec fly exercises exactly as you would do with dumbbells.

Dual High Pulley / Lat Pulldown Station - Ensures maximum range of motion through unilateral or bilateral movement.

Chest Supported Mid-Row Station - Assures maximum pre-stretch and full range of motion for all size users.

Leg Extension / Leg Curl Station - With arched lying leg curl provides proper lower back support during the lying leg curl exercise.

Unique Contoured Shin Pads - Provide lateral support and ultimate comfort under the heaviest loads.

Projecting Seat Back fits all size users - Unique design adjusts quickly and easily to multiple depths and angles for excellent support and proper positioning. Specifically designed to work with our Iso-Flex 3D Motion™ Press Arms to minimise set up time between exercises.
