The Trident Challenge is an entry level, light commercial rowing machine that delivers outstanding performance. Far surpassing the specifications of leading water rower competitors' machines, it offers an exceptional strength, endurance and cardio workout with high calorie burn all in one incredibly easy to use piece of equipment.
FLUID RESISTANCE TECHNOLOGY
The Trident Challenge uses water to power the variable fluid resistance. Unlike its competitors, such as WaterRower, by adjusting the handy dial from minimum to maximum delivers a broad range of resistance, making this machine suitable for any fitness level. A huge benefit of a fluid rower is that it delivers no whirring noises, no cables and no dead zones – just the joy of a calorie crunching, all over body workout with the sensation of truly being on the water.

Complete with a durable belt drive and triple bladed impeller system, you'll find working out on the Trident Challenge a flawlessly smooth, low friction experience every time. The multi-level computer display makes workout tracking a breeze. It displays your strokes per minute, calories burned, optional heart rate (required heart rate kit and belt sold separately) and more. Complete with USB connectivity, you can also give your workout a boost by taking your training online.
COMFORT AND SUPPORT
You will feel comfortable and secure in the rower's seat thanks to key comfort features. This includes a comfortable, low friction seat running on a smooth, concealed track, deluxe ergonomic anti-strain handlebar and height adjustable footplates with straps.
