Our mail order returns and ex-display units are built and unboxed but thoroughly checked to ensure they are in full working order before they go on sale, they may be “mint” or marked or have some minor superficial damage (the price of the product reflects the condition of the item at the time of sale). The Viking Longship, intended for warfare and exploration, was designed for speed and agility and was equipped with oars to complement the sail and enable it to navigate independently of the wind. Rowing was the primary conditioning exercise for the world's most feared warriors of their time. Vikings had no gyms to train in between battles but still out-fought every civilization they encountered from the eighth to eleventh centuries. Fortunately for us, we no longer have to get into a Longship and row it – there is now a fun and effective way to work our body and spirit to a level that conditions us to live life to the fullest. Rowing takes the best of low impact exercise physiology and works all muscle groups through an extensive range of movement, creating both an outstanding calorie burn and cardio workout. It is an excellent means of strengthening core stability and is suitable for the widest range of user fitness and age; whether you are 50 or 150kg – whether you are 18 years old or 80 years young.

Depending on your location, some of our ex-display products can be delivered for free. Others may require a delivery charge. The criteria are outlined below:
• Products located in Northampton which are £300 or over are delivered free for addresses within approximately 70 miles of our head office. This covers the following postcodes: MK, AL, NN, LE, B, CB, CV, HP, LU, OX, PE, SG, WD, WR
• Products located in Northampton over £300, but outside of the 70 mile radius, are likely to incur a delivery fee. Please contact [email protected] to obtain a delivery quote.
• All products under £300 need to be collected.
• All products located anywhere other than Northampton must be collected.
• Orders paid for with finance must be delivered.

Our ex-display units are sold built and unboxed for collection. For some fitness equipment, delivery may be available. Please call 01604 673000 for a delivery cost. Manufacturer's warranty is available on most units. Please call to confirm condition and availability.
