• 20 Workout Programmes: The NordicTrack T9 features 20 programs - 16 Pre-programmed, speed and incline combined programmes, 2 Create & Save and 2 Heart Rate programmes to maximise calorie burning and improvements in aerobic capacity.
• Console Features: Solaris LED 4 window display, which tracks speed, incline, distance, pulse, time, calories. The console also features a Cool Aire Workout Fan™, plus compatible Music Port for iPod or MP3 player, with Intermix Acoustics 2.0 speaker system
  
• 0% to 10% Quick Incline™: The easiest and most convenient incline adjustment, as with many of our machines, the patent pending One-Touch™ incline allows you to change the incline with the single touch of a button, instead of tediously scrolling through options as you would with traditional incline controls.
• EKG™ HR Monitor & Polar Chest Receiver: Make the most out of every workout by monitoring your heart rate with these sensors that are built into the handlebars, ensuring you're always in the right training zone for your goals. Alternatively you can use the Polar chest receiver which will also monitor your heart rate, diplaying on the brightly lit console. To use this wireless feature it will require the use of an optional T31 Polar Chest Strap (#POMET31) sold separately.
