• The treadmill features 16 pre-set workout programmes: four speed, four endurance, four weight-loss intervals and four calorie-burn accelerator. It comes with an additional iFit Live module, which connects to a wireless network and enables the user to download new workouts created by professionals. The iFit Live is powered by Google Earth, which gives the opportunity to plan the route with Google maps. The programme will adjust the incline to reflect the changes in terrain. The Nike+ iPod compatibility allows monitoring the progress made through Nikeplus website.
  To increase the enjoyment from the training, the treadmill features the in-built Intermix Audio 2.0 system and mp3 jack enabling the users to train to the rhythm of their favourite music or listen to audiobooks. The CoolAire workout fan integrated into the console keeps the user refreshed and comfortable during the workout.
• Speed and incline can be adjusted with just a single touch of a button due to the Quick Speed and Quick Incline buttons. The treadmill also offers the workout intensity control option to adjust the training intensity to the current goals and needs.
