The GoFit weighted vest is perfect for adding light resistance to your workout whether it be for walking, jogging, aerobics, football or training to get fit for the firebrigade or military. The weighted vest is adjustable in weight (each weight packet weighs approx 330grams). The vest fits both men and women with it's unique one size fits all double closure design. Water bottle carrier included. Granulated steel shot packets conform to the body and the vest features neoprene padding throughout the chest and shoulder areas for total body comfort.
