PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The ISO Lever Seat Row designed by Halo is complete with a rotating adjustable chest pad, spring assisted indexed seat adjustment, low weight loading point and multiple handgrips – allowing you to work your back and biceps comfortably and efficiently. Whilst the rubber foot pads with floor fix option and 2 additional weight storage pegs offer advanced stability and storage.
The recommended weight for this machine is 147.5kg, which comprises of 20kg x 4, 15kg x 2, 10kg x 2, 5kg x 2, 2.5kg x 2 and 1.25kg x 2 (weights not included).
The starting position for this exercise is a narrow grip, with the arms moving backwards and outwards (diverging) to achieve a full contraction.
Frames are available in eight standard colours (see colour chart image), and custom colours are also available.
Upholstery Colour Options are available (see Upholstery Colour Options image), though please note that Upholstery Colour Options are manufactured to order, therefore delivery lead time will increase to 4 to 6 weeks.
