PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
By using the R2 Back Extension, you’re safely and efficiently targeting the important erector spinae muscles of the lower back – which is in fact the area often associated with many back problems.
This machine features a yellow joint centre indicator, which ensures that the user’s hips are aligned with the machine axis at all times. An anti-slip foot platform is also featured in order to reduce risk of injury.
The adjustable start position offers 6 positions to choose from or alternate between, allowing individual range of motion during your workout.
The weight stack comprises of 20 x 5kg, and is accessible from seated exercise position.
Frames are available in eight standard colours (see colour chart image), and custom colours are also available.
Upholstery Colour Options are available (see Upholstery Colour Options image), though please note that Upholstery Colour Options are manufactured to order, therefore delivery lead time will increase to 4 to 6 weeks.
