PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The R2 Lat Pull Down/Low Row consists of a compact design that allows two compound back exercises in one machine, enabling the user to effectively work on their Back, Lats and Biceps.
Ideal for beginners as well as experts, this versatile machine can be used with a wide range of attachments in order to suit each individual user and their fitness progression requirements.
This machine supplies you with a 48" Solid Lat Bar and Close grip Chinning triangle, helping transform your workouts into the ultimate strength session.
To make your workout even simpler, the no-cable or bar change feature allows you to go immediately between Lat Pull / Seated Row exercises – saving time for those ever important reps.
For comfort, the tapered knee pads support you whilst in the exercise position – whilst the 20 x 7.5kg weight stack can be easily accessed from the seated position.
Frames are available in eight standard colours (see colour chart image), and custom colours are also available.
Upholstery Colour Options are available (see Upholstery Colour Options image), though please note that Upholstery Colour Options are manufactured to order, therefore delivery lead time will increase to 4 to 6 weeks.
