The Halo Reverse Hyper Bench is the ultimate piece of kit for keeping your back healthy as part of your workouts.
Whilst the backwards exercise motion may appear seemingly different to those carried out on other machines, it works wonders in the way of improving the strength of not only your lower back and spinal erector, but also your hamstrings and glutes.
Unlike some other Reverse Hyper Benches, the compact design of this bench makes it ideal for smaller spaces.
Frames are available in eight standard colours (see colour chart image), and custom colours are also available.
Upholstery Colour Options are available (see Upholstery Colour Options image), though please note that Upholstery Colour Options are manufactured to order, therefore delivery lead time will increase to 4 to 6 weeks.
