Part of the full commercial Select SE series, the Hammer Strength Select SE Full Seated Row brings superior build and high performance to every fitness environment. An advanced Seated Row machine, it features the highest quality components including an 11-gauge steel frame, sturdy steel tubing and lubricated cables for smooth performance. With multiple hand positions, it enables a variety of mid and upper back exercises. The solid weight plates are neatly positioned in a secure weight stack, easily adjusted from lighter resistance all the way up to 138kg. Designed for the toughest of commercial environments, the Seated Row boasts robust stabilising rubber feet, smooth lubricated cables made to U.S. Military specifications and durable hand grips with aluminium collars to prevent slipping. A focus on comfort, the cushioning features radius on edge moulding for comfy positioning while stitching eliminates folds in the material to increase durability. The machine also features an overhead pivot that creates a natural arc of motion for safe, efficient exercises.
