With workouts powered by Google Maps™, you can run anywhere, anytime. You decide where you want to run, draw your route and iFit turns it into a workout that's automatically uploaded to your fitness machine. You can view your Google™ Map progress on your Laptop, TV, or smart phone.
iFit Live creates, tracks and adjusts all of your workouts daily - and automatically controls your equipment's speed, incline or resistance as you go. Better still, you also have access to the Jillian Michaels 8-week progressive programme for that extra challenge.
