You can build strength and target different muscle groups by mixing up the weight combinations. Ideal for fitness studios, gyms and home use, the weight discs feature a premium rubber coating - hardwearing but will not mark surfaces or clang on the floor. The unique anti-roll design ensures the weights stay put when placed down when attached to the bar. Handy double grips provide easier handling and are colour coded with raised text for easy weight identification. The quick release collars and the lightweight steel bar ensure easy use.
