This complete set of 8 Technique Boxes (2 pairs of 4) from Jordan have been designed specifically for learning and training Olympic lifts, modified lifts and Olympic Pulls. Providing a range of combinations, lifts can be performed at progressive heights from the hip, thigh, knee, shin or floor and easily adjusted to cater to progression. Made from solid wood, the technique boxes can hold any weight and can be stacked one on top of the other with ease. The four different heights are: 5.7cm, 15cm, 30.5cm and 38cm. There are 13 different height combinations and a total stacked height of approximately 90cm. Stoppers on each technique box prevent the barbell from falling and handles provide easy lifting.
