PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The Kettler Racer 9 ergometer bike delivers a versatile platform for exciting and realistic indoor cycling. Featuring an 18kg back flywheel, incredibly smooth cycling is guaranteed, while the induction break system delivers a power range up to 1000 Watts for extensive resistance options. Simulating the experience of outdoor cycling, the Racer 9 features unique electronic campagnolo gear shifters on the handlebars for fast, responsive gear changes.
Perfect for ambitious athletes wanting to take their racing to the next level, the Racer 9 comes with World Tours 2.0 software. This virtual training software allows you to download unlimited real-world video footage via a GPS device or smartphone so you can take your training to the mountains and other idyllic settings, design your own tours using GPS data and compete online. Displayed on your TV or PC, it makes your training far more engaging and challenging.
The cycle is fitted with a backlit LED console with a glass display, which shows all your key stats including pulse, watts, time and distance. In addition, it is equipped with an integrated Polar compatible receiver for use with a chest belt for pulse measurement (sold separately). You can also easily switch to watt based training.
Designed for long or short training sessions alike, the Racer 9 isn't short of comfort features. The triathlon handlebars provide great racing form and can be adjusted for a custom fit. The saddle can also be adjusted both horizontally and vertically, while combi-click pedals provide maximum support for optimised training every time.
The Racer 9 also comes with transport castors making it easy to move from place to place.

Kettler do not recommend placing their equipment in rooms that do not have a regulated temperature and humidity. There should be adequate insulation and heat source, otherwise warranty will be voided (e.g. if equipment is kept in a garage or cellar).
