Refined from the commercial model for home and light commercial use, this club-class treadmill delivers an effective, consistent and engaging workout in your own home.
Powerful and robust, the CST features solid construction. A 4.0 HP commercial grade motor drives a top speed of 19km/h and 0-15% incline while the custom designed LifeSprings and patented FlexDeck® Shock Absorption systems work together to deliver a soft, smooth surface that reduces impact on your joints by up to 30%. A wide and safe running surface, it’s the ideal platform for safe running, jogging and walking.
Built with personalisation in mind, the engaging console with LED message centre is easy to navigate and feeds back all your key workout stats including your speed, distance, calories burned and more. With integrated digital heart rate sensors built into the ErgoBar, you can also keep track of your heart rate or go hands free with the included Polar wireless chest strap.
22 built in workout programmes provide a vast range of targeted training including custom workouts, Fat Burn, intervals, a range of HeartSync™ programmes and more. The console also features a smart One Touch Quick Start button, which remembers your preferred running, jogging and walking speeds. With iPod, you can listen to your favourite music and use the handy integrated iPod controls to make your selections.
