Part of the innovative E Series, the E5 Elliptical with Track Plus console is a premium-quality total body training platform with cutting-edge features. Featuring an adjustable stride path, it caters to all users and allows you to switch up your training to target different areas. Driven by a powerful elliptical drive and WhisperStride™ technology, you can enjoy exceptionally smooth, quiet motion, while the advanced console brings exciting virtual training options.
Ideal for all users, the stride adjusts from 46cm to 61cm with the push of a button. Incredibly comfortable, the powerful elliptical drive keeps things smooth and natural, while WhisperStride™ technology ensures one of the quietest strides available. Cushioned, anti-slip pedals ensure secure footing and comfort while two sets of handlebars allow you to switch from total body workouts to lower body targeting. The multi-grip moving handlebars also come with handy one-touch thumb resistance and stride controls for easy workout adjustments.
The Track Plus console brings you the latest in cutting-edge technology. There are 14 built-in workouts including HeartSync™ as well as the innovative ActivityZone™ which coaches you through LegSculptor™ and Total Body Trainer challenges. You can access third party Android™ and Apple® fitness apps such as RunSocial (formally Paofit) directly or through LFConnect app™ and enjoy personalised workouts through real-world locations via the Life Fitness Virtual Trainer website. Fitted with a USB port, you can constantly update your console software as exciting new advances emerge. There is also a handy Quick Control box for fast workout changes.
The Track Plus console features an easy-to-use LCD interface, displaying all your important performance feedback including calories, distance, heart rate and more while workouts are handily grouped in 4s for easier selection. There are also integrated iPod/iPhone controls on the console so you can connect to your playlists for entertainment.
With exceptional, club-inspired good looks, the E5 features an attractive Titanium finish, making it a striking complement to any home setting.
The E5 with Track Plus console also features a dual accessory tray, 2 cup holders, entertainment rack for your tablet, smartphone or reading materials and an Energy Saver Mode.
