For added convenience, the lower control pad brings the buttons closer to you while the Go System™ Quick Start remembers your preferred speeds and incline positions. As a result, you can get started with the push of a button. You can also track your heart rate using either the wireless heart rate monitoring system with contact handlebar sensors. ENTERTAINMENT FEATURES The Track console is ideal if you want greater variety and advanced programmes. There are 14 pre-stored programmes and the option of creating 4 user profiles, allowing the whole family to use the machine and track their individual progress.
