Featuring a low profile tower, flat contoured pads, a 202 lbs (92 kg) weight stack and semi transparent weight stack shrouds, the Optima Series Shoulder Press is an impressive machine with space saving functionality. Complete with a protective clear coat, high-gloss finish and heavy 11 gauge oval tubing, its finish and durability is excellent. Its fundamentally simple design includes intuitive movements, graphic setup & exercise instructions, highlighted orange adjustments and drop down increment weight. Alongside that, there are large grips for a more comfortable pressing motion, a 7 position seat height adjustment to accommodate a wide range of user heights, and a counter balanced work arm for low starting resistance.
