It features a recumbent seat with a breathable mesh fabric back which keeps you cool, comfy and supported. You can also adjust your seat to fit your exact requirements while the self-balancing pedals with adjustable straps provide additional support. TRACK CONSOLE FEATURES The Track console is easy to use, yet packed with advanced features to keep your workouts varied including iPod compatibility. The clear display feeds back your workout information in a simple format, grouping workouts by type for easier selection. There are 14 built-in workouts and you can also connect to the Life Fitness Virtual Trainer website and benefit from the limitless range of targeted programmes and online performance tracking. And monitoring performance need not be limited to one person – the Track console offers 4 user profiles so the whole family can get involved. With contact heart rate handlebar sensors and the option of wireless telemetry, accurate heart rate monitoring is at your convenience. Also available with a Go console.
