Inclusive Fitness Initiative (IFI) Accredited by the English Federation of Disability Sport, the bike is suitable for disabled and non-disabled users alike. Equipped with a step-thru design for easy access, the IFI-approved seat sits on a safe, horizontal monorail which features easy adjustments to suit all users. Coupled with the easily adjusted, oversized pedals, the ISO7000R delivers a comfortable experience for users up to 204kg (32st approx.) The bi-directional resistance offers flexibility and reciprocal muscle balance. With 191 levels of resistance (1-20 levels adjustable in 0.1 increments), the range is huge, allowing all users to find the right workload for them, as well as increase fitness gradually. There is a very low starting resistance, making it ideal for users of every level. The console feeds back all the workout information needed – heart rate, time, RPM, calories, distance, level, Watts and METS, while 12 exciting workout programmes keep exercises engaging.
