PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Part of the quality full commercial SciFit StepOne series from Life Fitness, the StepOne Recumbent Stepper delivers on functionality and workout versatility. It boasts smooth movement thanks to its high-end build and provides total body exercise thanks to arm-to-leg movement. Helping to improve everyday activities, it’s ideal for those with or without disability. Rotating grips, adjustable arm length movements and stride length from 5-29cm offers customisation for all, while the 191 resistance level changes (levels 1-20, adjustable in 0.1 increments) ensure everyone can find the right intensity for them, whilst increasing fitness at the individual’s pace.
The Stepper features a wheelchair-friendly step-thru design and is fitted with a robust Standard seat (also available with a Premium seat – LFSTSC3). This can be adjusted forwards/backwards, features a custom seat shape for lumbar support, is fully removable and has a maximum user weight of 227kg (35st 7lbs). Therapy-assist pedals offer 360-degree access.
The Intelli-Fit console feeds back all the workout information needed – heart rate, time, RPM, calories, distance, level, Watts and METS – while 12 exciting workout programmes keep exercises engaging.
