Take a rest, you decide how long. You also have My Workouts programs, here you can store and retrieve four of your favourites. Personalise programs by name as well as track total time, distance and calories. Polar heart rate strap and receiver is standard. This enables you to choose for a range of additional heart rate controlled programs including HR Hill, HR Interval, Extreme HR, Fat Burn & Cardio Burn. The deluxe 16 character LED display shows workout terrain and features an informative message centre.
