TRAINING COMFORT The X8 delivers an incredibly comfortable training experience, courtesy of its Patented Link6™ elliptical drive system. This, coupled with WhisperStride™ technology keeps things remarkably quiet whilst delivering a smooth, fluid motion. For added comfort, the closer pedal spacing provides a more natural feel while FlexPedal™ Shock Absorption flexes the pedals, providing less impact on your joints. ENTERTAINMENT FEATURES For a more engaging workout experience, the Track console 14 pre-stored workouts and the option of creating 4 user profiles, allowing the whole family to use the machine and track their individual progress. On top of the pre-stored programs, the Track console lets you download unlimited additional programs from the Life Fitness Virtual Trainer website, where you can also track your progress online. iPod compatible, you can also listen to your favourite tunes while you train. The X8 also features a removable, dual accessory tray and LegSculptor™ Mode, which automatically adjusts the stride length in 2" increments every 2 minutes during any workout to target different lower body muscle groups.
