The Wellness Plate is the latest product from ProForm. The plate is designed to give you a gentle workout to help tone muscles and improve Wellness. It works by vibrating your body at high speed, between 20-50 Hz, in a short space of time, typically between 30 and 120 seconds. The vibration causes your muscles to repeatedly contract, helping to improve circulation and general wellness.
The plate comes with a mat and two exercise straps so that you can use it in many body positions, not just standing, working the upper and lower body.
