The Wellness Plate is the latest product from ProForm. The plate is designed to give you a gentle workout to help tone muscles and improve Wellness. It works by vibrating your body at high speed, between 20-50Hz, in a short space of time, typically between 30 and 120 seconds. The vibration causes your muscles to repeatedly contract, helping to improve circulation and general Wellness. The ProForm Wellness Plate comes with a 250 watt motor and vibrates between 20-50Hz. The Plate also comes with two exercise straps to workout the upper body as well and the lower body, and you can also use the Wellness Plate in other positions rather than just standing on the platform. The Wellness Plate also comes with 4 Programmes, or you can use the manual setting to customize your workout.
