General Information
The VX-28 is a creative marriage of the innovative VX-18 and VX-11. To all the advantages of the VX-18, the VX-28 adds four additional exercises which work muscles that the VX-18 already trains, in ways that add variety to your workout. For example, the VX-18 uses the squat exercise to work the legs, to this the VX-28 adds the popular leg press exercise. Just as with squats, the leg press is performed just like it is on the best health club equipment. This includes full support, ensuring comfort and safety.
The VX-28 also includes an additional weight stack which allows one more person to work out at the same time. Of course, the VX-18 with its single stack, is not limited to one user, since dumbbell exercises and dips, for example, are performed independent of the weight stack.

- Weight stacks: 2 x 260lb powder coated, machined cast iron stacks with alloy selector shaft
- Maximum press resistance: 310lbs for all lifting exercises (press arm weighs 50lbs)
- Minimum press resistance: 2 weight reduction springs are included and can be installed on the press arm to reduce the weight by 20lb per spring
- Press arm: 21-position with 8 ball bearing pivots. Release lever functions in both directions for easy adjustment from all exercise positions (patent pending). Direct lift eliminates cable stretch and provides 1-to-1 lift ratio with a natural arc motion
- The Vector bench: 7-setting, one-touch adjustment from 15° decline to a shoulder press. All positions offer full back support - as you adjust the back pad, the seat pad automatically adjusts to the correct angle. This bench is also the perfect place for abdominal and dumbbell work. Spring-loaded wheels make positioning easy and they retract to ensure the bench stays put during use
- Pec-dec arms: 9 fine increment pre-stretch settings per arm
- Supported row: 12-position adjustable cushion with narrow and wide grip handle positions
- Leg developer: ball bearing pivot, cam and acommodating pads, locking 2-position seat for supported leg curls, fromfitting shin pads, 12-position seat back for back support
- Arm station: cambered bar with pinch-proof cradle, horizontal preacher curl with chest support
- Leg press: 440lbs resistance at the leg station, lumbar support, pivoting non-skid footplate, and 8 ball bearing pivots
