Nautilus has incorporated a unique dual-pivot Pec Dec that allows for the same complete freedom of movement you get from a dumbell workout. The result is an exercise that more effectively targets the muscles for superior results. Fully adjustable range of motion, seat and back positions allow for an exacting fit on over 30 different exercises. This unit also incorporates an individual low pulley station with a fixed footplate for even more exercise flexibility.
