Use as a treadmill or as a dual action climber. Upper body handlebars replicate the movement of an eliptical crosstrainer and have 12 levels of hydraulic resistance for a manual upper body workout.

Exercise Monitor:
Integral, 5-function, 4 window LED with calorie (theoretical calorie burn), distance (miles), pulse (hand pulse sensor), speed (mph) and time (minutes / seconds) modes. Instant speed and instant incline keys with level LED's. Safe-T-Key magnetic stop system.
