The NordicTrack Auto Strider 500 delivers everything you need for varied, total body workouts at home. Powered by innovative SMR Silent Magnetic Resistance, you can enjoy a fluid motion while the ample 18” stride path allows you to take long, full strides to burn those extra calories. There are 20 resistance levels offered, providing extensive intensity to challenge every user and fit with every training routine whether you want a fast and fluid stride or scorching high intensity leg burner. The engaging backlit LCD displays all your key workout stats and also features a Race track style simulation. Simple to navigate and featuring one touch buttons for fast workout changes, adapting your workout couldn’t be easier. With integrated speakers, you can listen to your music via your iPod or mp3 wirelessly or switch to headphones to avoid distracting others. To inspire motivation and aid your fitness goals, the elliptical comes complete with 20 workout programmes covering calorie burn and performance. iFit Live compatible (module sold separately), you can also gain access to over 1000 downloadable interactive workouts. You can even design and run your own routes anywhere in the world with Google Maps™.

Almost all ex-display Treadmills, Cross Trainers, Exercise Bikes and Rowing Machines are Half Price or less!

Depending on your location, some of our ex-display products can be delivered for free. Others may require a delivery charge. The criteria are outlined below:
• Products located in Northampton which are £300 or over are delivered free for addresses within approximately 70 miles of our head office. This covers the following postcodes: MK, AL, NN, LE, B, CB, CV, HP, LU, OX, PE, SG, WD, WR
• Products located in Northampton over £300, but outside of the 70 mile radius, are likely to incur a delivery fee. Please contact [email protected] to obtain a delivery quote.
• All products under £300 need to be collected.
• All products located anywhere other than Northampton must be collected.
• Orders paid for with finance must be delivered.

Our ex-display units are sold built and unboxed for collection. For some fitness equipment, delivery may be available. Please call 01604 673000 for a delivery cost. Manufacturer's warranty is available on most units. Please call to confirm condition and availability.
