The NordicTrack E11.5 elliptical cross trainer provides top-notch quality and versatility packed in a stylish design. It features a large 9kg (19.8lbs) flywheel and 20 levels of electromagnetic, frictionless resistance system allowing the user to adjust training intensity without interrupting the workout. The machine is also supplied with an intuitive backlit LCD console that provides feedback on important workout data and features 6 ifit shortcut keys for simplicity of use. 30 workout programmes provide varied training sessions for users with different needs and a dual fan helps stay cool while training.
