In addition to the extensive 40 built in workout apps, the integrated iFIT Live (free 12 month iFit Live subscription included*) brings interactive training is at your fingertips. Download almost limitless targeted workouts, design your own routes with GoogleMaps and track your progress more closely with complete fitness management. REVOLUTIONARY DECLINE TRAINING As well as a challenging maximum 15% incline, the 22.5 also features revolutionary -3% decline functionality.
