PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The Q37C is ramped up and ready to take you and your workout to the next level. As well as a superior cross training experience, this machine also features power bands and an optional side platform – providing a total body workout! Powered by Octane's signature Body-Mapping ergonomics, you can enjoy super-smooth, low impact workouts whilst achieving the results you have been trying to find for years. It's a total body complete workout machine!
KEY COMFORT FEATURES
The generous 20.5" stride length, 1.8" pedal spacing – the most natural available - and low step-up height contribute substantially to the comfort and easy access. The elliptical is also equipped with patented Converging Path handlebars, helping to shape and tone the arms and shoulders. Additionally, the multiple hand positions on the MultiGrip provide variety and comfort whilst reducing stress and fatigue from repetitive motion.
The user-friendly console displays all your key workout statistics including your time, distance, speed, calories burned and more. With an auto QuickStart, getting started couldn’t be easier while the clear functionality keeps navigation stress-free.
MOTIVATIONAL WORKOUTS
Providing 20 levels of resistance, there is enough variety to challenge every level of fitness. You have access to 8 preset workout programmes, as well as the motivational Workout Booster modes. These include X-Mode and GluteKicker, which use cross training movements to get your entire body working and ArmBlaster for toning your arms and chest. All feature customizable resistance levels and interval durations to fit your needs.
VERSATILE TRAINING
In additional to the cross trainer, the Q37C allows you to incorporate strength training too! This comes courtesy of power bands and optional stationary side platform with multiple anchor points.
With two sets of handlebars, you can enjoy targeted workouts, while engaging in the numerous Workout Boosters. The moving, ergonomically designed handlebars provide an exceptional total body workout, while the stationary handlebar allows you to target the lower body. These also feature contact heart rate grips for accurate, immediate feedback to keep you working 'in the zone'.
The Q37C also features an MOM safety mode and low step up height, ideal for low ceiling rooms.
