Designed for recreational runners and cyclists, it tracks your route, speed and distance using its built-in GPS. The slim-line training computer features a user-friendly, backlit digital display. Highly intuitive, it shows you GPS-based altitude during and after your training as well as instant feedback after your session. Main GPS features include back to start, distance (training, lap and total) and heart rate. Featuring intelligent Smart Coaching, there are a host of training benefits. The Training Benefit gives you instant motivational feedback after your session, while the Running Index scores your performance based on your heart rate and speed data. Other great features include the Polar Fitness Test where you can compare your results, ZoneOptimizer which keeps you training at the right intensity and OwnCal, the most accurate calorie counter on the market. The water resistant watch features a rechargeable battery with up to 12 hours of continuous use with GPS on, a low battery indicator, button lock and alarm. The RC3 GPS is compatible with Polar running and cycling sensors. Thanks to endurance training programmes that you can download for free from the Polar personal trainer website, it's easy to find ways to improve your performance. You can share your training online too. WARRANTY 2 years for all hard wear, 1 year on battery.
