The U50 Clubset offers a weight range from 4.5kg to 22.5Kg per hand. The handles weigh 4.5Kg and each of the 8 plates weighs 4.5Kg, offering 9 different weights and replacing 9 pairs of dumbbells. The U50 used for the Clubset does not include removable handle weights like the standard U50 but rather comes with a heavier handle for added safety in Commercial environments. The Club Set includes a heavy duty rack stand that positions the PowerBlocks at the optimal height for use and easy adjustment. In addition the rack stand holds an instructional placard that explains how to use and adjust the PowerBlocks. In addition to replacing numerous sets of weight in a fraction of the space, the use of PowerBlock’s means the amount simultaneous users is restricted to the number of PowerBlocks provided, which means that only the appropriate number of people can train in the prescrIbed dumbbell training area
