Featuring a new, longer shape for support, a dual bar catch access for advanced exercises, an accessory support plate for enhanced safety, and a linkage system to enable easy bench pivoting for additional accessories (accessories sold separately) – the Workbench Olympic Bench is ideal for performing exercises such as the Shoulder Press, Decline Bench Press, Leg Lift and Bench Press. This Kit is inclusive of the black Short Cross Bar, allowing you to convert the Workbench Olympic Bench from Olympic width to a narrow stance with ease for an efficient workout. Please note: Olympic Bar sold separately.
