PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
This compact elliptical offers all the features you need to start training and toning immediately. Get going straight away with 4 quick select programmes which adjust the resistance automatically. Training is safe thanks to the EKG™ Grip Pulse Heart Rate Monitor, which offers an accurate pulse reading with the convenient sensors built into the console - simply grip them for a reading of your heart rate.
The Proform 450HR elliptical is a compact and sturdy cross trainer which will tone the entire body. The 10-Level SMR (Silent Magnetic Resistance) means you can simulate many training conditions, and really vary each and every workout independently. The console provides constant and accurate feedback on speed, time, distance covered, calories burned and your pulse, taken via the hand grips on the console. The professionally designed preset progammes offer longevity and growth for the user, and means you can get the shape you have always wanted.
With Silent Magnetic Resistance, you can choose from ten different intensity levels without interrupting your workout. The oversized pedals make it easy to find a comfortable foot placement and help maintain the correct position during your workout.
