Opening one or both hands automatically and instantly locks the barbell in place. The P-50 includes additional features to make your workout both convenient and effective. Unique side-to-side ratcheting movement provides easy placement of the barbell, even when loaded with weight plates. Adjustable Spot Blocks allow for specialized training by allowing you to set limits on barbell travel and define the range of movement.
