• Included in package - P100 Gym, PHL20 Hi/Lo Pulley station, PWS200 200lb selectorised weight stack, PBL20 Bench & PPC20 preacher curl station.
• The PWS-200 is a selectorized 200lb weight stack. Precision cast steel plates slide smoothly over sealed bearing pulleys. To add resistance for cable exercises, just insert selector pin into the desired plate. Easy to read numbers on plates indicate amount of weight being used. This weight stack works in conjunction with the PHL-20 Lat attachment included in this package.
• The PHL-20 is a "plate loading" hi-lo pulley assembly that allows you to do standard Cable exercises such as lat pull-dowm & Cable curls.
  
  Simply slide your weight plates onto the plate holder to add the desired amount of resistance. Includes lat bar, rotating t-bar & chain extender.
  The PWS200 Selectorized weight stack is also included in this package & is used in conjunction with this attachment.
  
  This is an attachment for the Pro-Spot P100 machine only.
• Durable, versatile and easy to use, the PBL-21 is designed to fit any body type. Six adjustable components-each with 3 to 7 positions-offers scores of positioning possibilities. No matter what your body type or size, you will get a comfortable, personalized fit with the PBL-21. Includes leg developer attachment. Locating wheels allow for easy maneuvering of the bench.
• PPC20 Preacher curl attachment allows you to do concentrated cable curls with the PBL-20 bench. 3-position curl handle included. Slides easily into the bench and has four height positions.
