Several bench options further expand the HG-1"s versatility:
- The PBL-60 is a decline-to-military bench with leg developer. Large, curved handles and positioning wheels provide simple placement of the bench. Contoured sport seat with lumbar support ensure the utmost comfort while exercising.
- The PCB-300-S is the ultimate in simplicity and durability. Easy to adjust and position, it offers flat-to-military positions, and enables various press exercises to be performed with the HG-1.
Several convenient features round off the HG-1:- adjustable foot plates, barbell holder for performing chin ups, lat bar securing hooks, leg hold down, spot blocks, side-to-side barbell ratcheting for easy upward placement, and accessory holders for the lat bar and t-bar. It"s wheelchair accessible and has a hefty 750 lb capacity.
