Made from high-strength steel with durable powder-coat finish, the frame is solid and reliable. The combined air/magnetic resistance offers smooth, quality rowing. The advanced monitor perfectly merges sophistication with ease of use. All workout data is displayed via the 5.5” blue backlit LCD. An advanced wireless remote system allows you to adjust resistance with just your thumbs on the pull handle. There are 11 workout programmes included. These are manual, distance, time, calories, 20/10 interval, custom interval, fat burn, cardio, strength and game. The CRW800 Commercial Rower also features telemetric heart rate compatibility. There should be adequate insulation and heat source, otherwise warranty will be voided (e.g. if equipment is kept in a garage, conservatory, shed or cellar).
